unifrac-tools build depends on libskbb-dev which is not available on
armhf, i386, and s390x:

Please ensure that the package builds on those architectures without
libskbb-dev or get its binary packages removed on armhf, i386, and
s390x.

There are no unifrac-tools binaries on s390x, so only armhf and i386 are
affected.

I was briefly looking into this bug. libskbb-dev did build
without any problem on s390x (sbuild also went fine).
So, I went on to run the tests for unifrac-binaries and saw
a few errors. I have found the root cause of the issue and
is currently working on a fix.

thank you for working on this.  I've tagged the bug accordingly.

Depending from the time upstream might need we should either wait
for a new upstream release or patch the Debian release as a
temporary solution.
