Dear Maintainer,

python-logutils is a key package, and as such, it is transitively
turning python3-pytest & *redis* too into a key packages.

Please mark these build-dependencies as <!nocheck> to avoid this:

 Build-Depends-Indep:
  python3-pytest <!nocheck>,
  python3-redis <!nocheck>,
  redis-server <!nocheck>,


This change was tested with "sbuild" & "sbuild --profile=nocheck".
