h5py is rebuilt against new hdf5 2.1.0,
but python-fabio doesn't seem to be coping with the update.
debci tests are failing.

Builds seem ok, does it need a binNMU
and perhaps an explicit dependency on libhdf5?

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
python-fabio, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
