This package is a dependency for home assistant and I intend to maintain it via
sponsorship in the home assistant team.

Upstream does not seem to be in an ideal state. There are no recent commits,
there are issues, there seems to be an issue reporting that this lib does not
work in home assistant anymore. Home assistant still mentions this version in
their requirements_all.txt [1].

solaredge-local depends on PyPI packages uplink and uplink-protobuf.

These also look like they need maintenance upstream.
