Control: tags -1 moreinfo

it seems the watch file was (erroneously?) reverted to v4 in 3.9.4-1,
after getting updated to v5 in the previous upload (3.9.3-1). The
d/changelog file also looks weird, with bits and pieces of the
entries for 3.8.6-1 and 3.9.3-1 mixed up and revision 3.8.6-1 gone
AWOL, despite having been uploaded to the archive. Please restore.

The changelog for the current revision 3.9.4-1 only closes one of the
two open bugs against the xsnow package. Isn't #1120037 (which seems
to deal with the identical issue) also fixed by this update? If so,
please close it in d/changelog as well and/or mark it as a duplicate
on the bug tracker.

And lastly, there's a warning about appstream, see

Please remove the moreinfo tag (and CC me) once you have an updated
package ready.

PS: please consider maintaining the package in a git repo on
salsa.debian.org, which would allow yourself and sponsors to benefit
from the Debian-focused CI there, which is very helpful for quality
control and a significant time saver for sponsors too.
