Dear maintainer,

broadcom-sta-dkms fails to build against Linux 7.2 because the kernel
removed strncpy() entirely. DKMS autoinstall then fails when upgrading
to a 7.2-based kernel image.

I am sorry, your report does not make sense. You reported this against a
version from Experimental. But that is the very version where a patch for
kernel 7.2 has been applied (looking similar to yours). Your own patch
looks like it was made for the version 6.30.223.271-30 which has been
already obsolete at the moment where your report was sent.

Please double-check. If there is a systemic error caused by packaging,
we should resolve it. Otherwise, please close this bugreport.
