I can reproduce this when rebuilding the package: valadoc is run, but
the API documentation either isn't produced, or isn't installed. As
mentioned previously in #1067766, this makes the existence of
libzeitgeist-2.0-doc rather pointless.

While I was looking at zeitgeist anyway for #1118938, I would normally
have tried to resolve #1067766 by moving valadoc and gtk-doc-tools to
Build-Depends-Indep, but testing with diffoscope would not be
particularly meaningful when the documentation doesn't get installed, so
I didn't do that in this case.
