I intend to orphan the coherent.licensed package as it is no longer
used by reverse dependencies.

The package description is:
  This library was built for coherent.build and skeleton projects to inject a
  license file at build time to reflect the license declared in the License
  Expression.

One package that I maintain, ‘jaraco.packaging’, has a build dependency on
‘python3-coherent.licensed’. I would like that ‘coherent.licensed‘
continues in Debian.

Would you like to work together on maintenance of this package? Or are you
decided on orphaning this package? If the latter, I am willing to adopt the
package.
