I don't know if you have noriced but krita fail to build with an error
related to sip. This build is done with the latest libopenexr-dev
package 3.4.14-0.1

Hi,

this seems to be reported as a broken PyQt5 due to sip6 6.16.1:
https://github.com/Python-SIP/sip/issues/114
and the comment there seems to mention that it is fixed in the
development version of PyQt5 (and I cannot find any public Git
repository for it).

I see that the SIP maintainer self-assigned to that issue.

@Dmitry: if you have any visibility in the upstream development of both
sip6 and PyQt5, would you please check the situation here?

The SIP maintainer pushed a fix for this issue, I am now uploading it to
Debian as sip6 6.16.1-2:
