Dear Maintainer,

llama.cpp switch to semantic versioning. With the upload of
src:llama.cpp 1:0.2.0+dfsg1-1 to unstable, libllama0 is now a public
library.

This means that your d/rules no longer needs to specify where to find
the llama.cpp CMake module. It is found in the standard paths.

You can drop this at your convenience.

You can also drop any RPATH and shlibdeps handling, of course.
