Hello,

the SMP kernels can be used on non-SMP systems alpha, powerpc and sparc64 without any restrictions.

Thus, in order to reduce the complexity of the kernel configuration and avoid accidental installations
of non-SMP kernels on SMP systems, I suggest to drop the SMP flavors on alpha, powerpc and sparc64
and just enable SMP support for all kernel flavors on these architectures.
