Safe Rust bindings for libjavascriptcoregtk-6.0 (already packaged in Debian),
the JavaScript engine used by WebKitGTK 6.0. A direct dependency of
rust-webkit6.

Needed for the same reason as rust-webkit6 (see that ITP) — a build
dependency of an upcoming WebKitGTK6-based rewrite of `stremio`
(wishlist bug #943703).
