The golang-github-go-macaron-session package contains upstream code from
2015.  It has no reverse dependencies in Debian.

However upstream has some recent activity since then, with a new release
just 3 months ago:

Thus, I can't fully motivate removal of this package just yet, but let's
trigger autoremoval so we don't ship it in forky/testing unless any
reason comes around that we really want to.  If any consumer of this
package ever appears in Debian, feel free to upload an updated version
of the package closing this bug to allow re-entry into testing.
