The golang-github-go-chef-chef package ships code from 2016.  It has no
reverse dependencies in Debian.

However upstream has had some activity since then, with last commit 2
years ago and last release 7 years ago.

Thus, I can't fully motivate removal of this package just yet, but let's
trigger autoremoval so we don't ship it in forky/testing unless any
reason comes around that we really want to.  If any consumer of this
package ever appears in Debian, feel free to upload an updated version
of the package closing this bug to allow re-entry into testing.
