#1145518 Data-Module missing in libsisimai-perl, breaks mail-processing in Znuny-OTRS for Debian 13

After upgrading from Debian 12 to 13 the installed Znuny-OTRS ticket-system
stops processing the incoming tickets. The tickets reaches the system as mail
via SMTP/procmail. Znuny-OTRS relies on Sisimai/Data for mail-processing,
from an Znuny-OTRS log:

OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::PostMaster::Read-10
Can't locate Sisimai/Data.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Sisimai::Data module) (@INC entries checked: /usr/share/otrs/Custom /usr/share/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib /usr/share/otrs /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.40.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.40.1 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.40 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.40 /usr/share/perl/5.40 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) at /usr/share/otrs/Kernel/System/PostMaster/Filter/DetectBounceEmail.pm line 15.

Sisimai/Data was included in Debian 12, libsisimai-perl 4.25.15-1
but not anymore in Debian 13, libsisimai-perl 5.3.0-1

Control: reassign -1 otrs2 6.5.15-2

Sisimai::Data and Sisimai::Data::* have been renamed to
Sisimai::Fact, so we can't ship it anymore.

I'm afraid, /usr/share/otrs/Kernel/System/PostMaster/Filter/DetectBounceEmail.pm
will have to be adjusted to these changes in libsisimai-perl.

Reassigning the bug.
