Dear Maintainer,

thanks for packaging samba.

since 4.23, samba comes with a prometheus monitoring support (via a small
'smb_prometheus_endpoint' utility).

it would be nice if this could be included in the Debian packages.

afaict, what's needed is:
- Build-Depend on 'libevent-dev'
- Add '--with-prometheus-exporter' to the config-args
