Dear Maintainer, Pbzip2's ./debian/copyright file incorrectly states that pbzip2 is licensed under BSD-4-Clause. The actual license is found in ./COPYING. Although this license also has 4 numbered clauses, it is not BSD-4-Clause but a variant of the bzip2-1.0.6 license with SPDX identifier "bzip2-1.0.6", see <https://spdx.org/licenses/bzip2-1.0.6.html>. ./Debian/copyright additionally states that files ./Debian/* are BSD-4-Clause. Perhaps the maintainers could be convinced to re-license their changes under "pbzip2-1.1.13", as BSD-4-Clause has an acknowledgement obligation onerous in commercial settings.
