The golang-github-smartystreets-go-aws-auth package ships unmaintained
upstream code from 2019.  It has no reverse dependencies in Debian.

  [DEPRECATED] Signs requests to Amazon Web Services (AWS) using IAM
  roles or signed signature versions 2, 3, and 4. Supports S3 and STS.

This removal request is part of a larger batch to remove 100+ unused
golang-*-dev packages from Debian.  I believe the QA cost associated
with keeping all of them is larger than the cost of (hopefully extremely
rare) re-introduction of any accidentally removed package if there is
ever any future need for it.  Meanwhile, I don't think it is useful to
keep this package in Debian.
