Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?

  Recently, labwc was updated to 0.20.2-1.
  Then "Config errors detected" notification was shown on desktop.
  details shows like this:

    Invalid action:
    Invalid argument for action INVALID: 'command'

　This error was coming from ~/.config/budgie-desktop/labwc/rc.xml.

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

  Removed ~/.config/budgie-desktop/labwc/rc.xml, then logout-login
  again.

* What was the outcome of this action?

  ~/.config/budgie-desktop/labwc/rc.xml was re-generated and keeps
  error notification again.

* What outcome did you expect instead?

  /usr/libexec/budgie-desktop/labwc_bridge.py will generate rc.xml
  which is compatible with recent labwc.
