Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
golang-github-adamkorcz-go-fuzz-headers-1 could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the testsuite does not 100% clean up after itself, leaving
a "seed1" file that gets installed to the binary package. This means that
if the tests are skipped, then the package will differ as this file will
not be generated.

Patch attached that simply deletes this file after running the tests. I
think it also could be excluded via:

  export DH_GOLANG_EXCLUDES := /seed1
