"python-backports.zstd" is backport of "compression.zstd" for Python 3.13 and
before.
"python-backports.zstd" is known to not works with Python 3.14 and later[1], so
I want to remove it from unstable distribution.

"python3-backports.zstd" can safely removed because all rdeps are depends
"python3-backports.zstd | python3-supported-min (>= 3.14)" and
"python3-defaults" package will drops Python 3.13 support (See Debian bug
1142557[2]).

dinstall run at the earliest.

Packages are usually not removed from testing by hand. Testing tracks
unstable and will automatically remove packages which were removed
from unstable when removing them from testing causes no dependency
problems. The release team can force a removal from testing if it is
really needed, please contact them if this should be the case.
