I would like to start the transition of mupdf from libmupdf27.0 to
libmupdf28.2.

Ben file:

is_bad = .depends ~ "libmupdf27.0";

Affected packages:
 - apvlv
 - ippsample
 - k2pdfopt
 - pymupdf
 - sioyek

Current status:
 - mupdf with libmupdf28.2 is in experimental and builds on all release
architectures
 - All reverse dependencies build successfully, except pymupdf it needs an
upload with a new upstream release (I already have this ready on salsa)
