There is a tiny regression with pgcli 4.6.0-1;
this is twofold:

1) There are weird '0.0.0' files in /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages;
this is how I detect this.

2) the reported version with Python API is also '0.0.0';
which might breaks some random workflows:

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
pgcli, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
