[ Reason ]
Following all the recent kernel security issues, DSA decided to enable
audit on the hosts it manages. We discovered that riscv64 support is
missing from audit in trixie. Unfortunately support only landed
upstream in version 4.0.3, while trixie ships version 4.0.2.
[ Impact ]
If the update isn't approved, DSA will not be enable to audit on riscv64
like on other architectures.
[ Tests ]
I have built and installed the package on both amd64 and riscv64. I have
checked that a configuration similar to the one used by DSA works.
[ Risks ]
The changes are mechanical changes to get the list of syscalls for
RISC-V. In addition those changes are in testing/sid for more than a
year. Therefore I believe they are limited.

The change consists in backporting a commit from upstream (which applies
cleanly), and passing --with-riscv to the configure to script enable
riscv support.
