Dear release team,

I'd like to update golang-defaults in unstable to use golang-1.27
instead of golang-1.26. As with the previous transition in February,
there is no sensible ben file possible.

However, in order to estimate the breaking changes, I've once again
asked Santiago Vila to rebuild unstable with golang-1.27. Out of ~3000
packages, there are 54 new FTBFS bugs.
