using sbuild and a reduced chroot with only build-essential packages.

reassign and add an affects on src:url-normalize, so that this is still
visible in the BTS web page for this package.

Hello Sandro,

As you know from my previous mails I try to maintain the beets package in
Debian.

url-normalize, which you maintain, has an FTBFS bug #1146281 against it which
affects beets. I have opened an MR with a patch for this bug which I backported
from upstream [1].

I've had no response from you in my recent previous attempts [2], so I'm not going
to wait this time and will seek sponsorship for an NMU right away.

I also noticed that you've not incorporated the changes to the packages in the
NMU's above in salsa. I know you are still active. I just think those packages
need some basic maintenance. I'm not sure how to ask you in other ways, so,
therefore, I'm including the MIA team as I don't think this is a good
situation.

I'm just offering help, I'm open to co-maintain or other suggestions you may
have to keep packages you maintain from showing up in the beets issue tracker.
