python3-setuptools-scm was actually usefull.

Without this we end up with files named
'/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/<package>-0.0.0.dist-info/'

This also breaks the importlib.metadata.version() API.

It happens a few times that some package rely on this API
to detect it's dependencies.

Here I see that might be problematic,
some trick could be used if need arise to only keep the '0.2.3' part;
if the need ever show up.
