Hi,

if I don't have DEBEMAIL set, I get the familiar warning

dch warning: neither DEBEMAIL nor EMAIL environment variable is set
dch warning: building email address from username and mailname
dch: Did you see those 2 warnings?  Press RETURN to continue...

If I press Ctrl-C at this point, debian/changelog.dch is left behind,
and I need to manually clean this up before I can use dch again.

I would expect that if I am informed that what I'm doing right now is
not what I intended I can back out safely.
