Dear Maintainer,

Same issue as reported for ukui-control-center: on systems where
desktop-base provides /etc/skel/.face, a user who has never changed the
avatar has ~/.face = Debian logo.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a user without changing the avatar.
2. Lock the screen (ukui-screensaver-command -l).

Current behavior:
The lock screen shows the Debian swirl logo as the user avatar.

Expected behavior:
The Kylin default avatar, consistent with ukui-menu and ukui-control-center.
