lintian-explain-tags emits the following references when asked about the "desktop-entry-lacks-keywords-entry" tag.

the first link <https://specifications.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/latest/ar01s06.html> is no longer valid (as of 2026/09/01).

please fix the URLs to the documentation.
(i don't really know what the broken link was pointing to, i guess it was something like <https://specifications.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry/latest/recognized-keys.html>)
