Upstream announced:

   On June 16, 2026, this repository will move to
   github.com/cel-expr/cel-go!

The upstream namespace was changed to 'cel.dev/cel-go'.  Therefor, this
package should not be used any more, here is the new one:

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-cel-cel-go

Some reverse dependencies needs to be fixed upstream first though, but
once those blockers are resolved, this package can be removed.

I believe all consumers of golang-github-google-cel-go should be filing
upstream bugs asking them to migrate to
https://github.com/cel-expr/cel-go instead of
https://github.com/google/cel-go and then update the Debian packaging to
reflect this, so I am adding tags about the affected packages.
