Python 3.13 will not be a supported Python version in forky, so this
backport is no longer needed. Removal from unstable has already been
requested by the maintainer (#1145993). This bug is here to ensure that
the removal from testing also happens (either via autoremoval or removal
from unstable; whichever comes first).
