Your package depends on libnss-db and python3-bsddb3, which are not
strict dependencies because there are many configurations that do not
need them. Please get rid of the two Depends so the two bugs blocked by
this can get resolved by removing those packages.

This already keeps the package out of testing because #1121575 is a RC
bug.

to show that this is feasible.
