Hi!

While rebuilding the python related packages against the Python 3.15rc1
version we found that mopidy fails to build from source [1].

The problem is due to the ScannerTest assuming that GStreamer won't open
a text file because it's not playable, but it does.

To fix this, I have added a patch that gracefully handles the returned
value.

I applied this fix in the sandbox [2] to be able to build the packages
that depend on mopidy, please consider applying the patch to support the
upcoming 3.15 version.
