Dear Maintainer,

The debian/tests/triangle.hlsl file was originally copied from
demos/triangle.hlsl but since then the new upstream release 1.16 has
added a copyright/license header which makes it SPDX-License-Identifier:
LGPL-2.1-or-later AND MIT (or License: LGPL-2.1+ and Expat in
Debian-speak), with the copyright holders being Microsoft and Henri
Verbeet for CodeWeavers.

The attached patch realigns the file from demos/triangle.hlsl bringing
in the copyright/license header.
