dh-appstream is a debhelper tool that generates AppStream metainfo XML
files from Debian binary package information and installs them in the
built packages.

Currently, it supports generating metainfo for font packages (component
type "font"), with automatic font family discovery using fc-query.

The tool reads metadata from debian/control and debian/copyright,
generates the metainfo XML from a template, validates it using
appstreamcli, and installs it to /usr/share/metainfo/.
