Dear Maintainer,

pressing the tab button now focuses AI Mode first, only after that does it
complete typed in searches with the suggestions below. this breakes habit of
keyboard navigation, possibly introducing frustration to those who rely on key-
board navigation to use Chromium

that's it. that's the bug. another way to shove AI in all the products and
force people to misclick on it to boost their usage numbers 😞
