While we were not planning to address this issue in a DSA, bettercap,
affected by #1141754 would ideally be fixed as well in this upcoming
point release.

Bettercap did install and start a ssytemd service (bettercap.service)
which enables the REST API on 127.0.0.1:8081 with authentication
disabled by default because both api.rest.username and
api.rest.password are empty.

With this update follow what was alrady done in unstable, and stop
installing the bettercap.service, it is as well not part of documented
installation procedure upstream.

Moritz and I did already apporached earlier Francisco, but suspect our
query was missed, so proposing myself this "last minute" debdiff for
addressing the problem. Francisco, please let us know if you do not
agree on this though please.
