Dear Maintainer,

I was browsing the Hyprland User Manual at debian/testing/hyrpland/Hyprland (1) and I found that the link under the configuration section is out of date and does not route to the correct site. When visiting <https://github.com/hyprwm/Hyprland/wiki> the site provides no information other than "The wiki has been migrated to wiki.hyprland.org". I think it would be best to update this link in the manual.
