Installing the package composer by Synaptic. The installation was
unsuccessful.
The package could not be downloaded. 404 NOT FOUND message was reported.
May be wrong file name?

Looks like something is very wrong on your apt setup.

The composer version currently available in stable is 2.8.8-1+deb13u3
(not 2.8.8-1+deb13u2)

$ rmadison composer
[…]
composer   | 2.8.8-1+deb13u3 | stable       | source, all
composer   | 2.8.8-1+deb13u4 | stable-new   | source

$ apt policy composer # that should show you the 2.8.8-1+deb13u3
version, unless your apt cache is outdated.
