The package builds in an unstable chroot with sbuild, and lintian from
unstable reports no errors and no warnings. The upstream tarball is repacked
(+ds) to drop a test-only word list derived from hunspell-vi, together with
the documentation site's build products; see debian/copyright and
debian/README.source.

Two notes a reviewer may want up front:

 * debian/rules passes -DTELEBIT_INSTALL_ENVIRONMENTD=OFF. Upstream installs a
   systemd environment.d drop-in that points GTK_IM_MODULE, QT_IM_MODULE and
   XMODIFIERS at fcitx5 for the whole session; in Debian that choice belongs to
   im-config, and one engine should not make it for every other one.

 * The Maintainer field names me. ITP #1147199 states my intent to maintain
   this within the Debian Input Method Team, alongside the other fcitx5-*
   engines, but the team has not adopted the package yet, so naming them would
   speak on their behalf. I would gladly move it to the team if they are
   willing.
