Dear ftp master,

Please remove src:rust-ffmpeg-cmdline-utils package from the archive.

It was added to the Archive because it was in the dependency tree of src:rust-czkawka-* at some time in the past. But this not the case anymore.

All these packages were in the dependency tree of rust-czkawka-* and are not required by the version 12 of czkawka.
  rust-ffmpeg-cmdline-utils
  rust-ffmpeg-gst-wrapper
  rust-imageproc
  rust-vid-dup-finder-common
  rust-vid-dup-finder-lib
  rust-enum-utils-from-str
  rust-enum-utils
They depend on each other, but no other packages depend on the, so they can be safely removed.

Each has its own RM request.
