  This library reads the current temperature, target temperature, operating
  mode and relay state from an OpenEnergyMonitor Thermostat. It can also set
  the target temperature, change the operating mode and toggle the relay
  through the device's HTTP API.

This library is a dependancy of Home Assistant, the Python smart home platform.
I plan to maintain it as part of the Home Assistant team.
