"mock" has been merge in the Python Standard Library a long time ago,
around the times of Python3.7

Please update to 0.3.1 that uses unittest.mock from the standard library
and drop the python3-mock build-dependency from d/control

There is no defined timeline yet that says wether this should happen
before of after Forky is released.
