Please upload to DELAY 4 days, the current version in unstable contains
an important fix and I would like it to enter testing sooner.

Hi,

some short review, (ran out of time to complete it)
- d/changelog 1.5.18-4 has never been uploaded, this should be your next
  version to be uploaded, merge the changelog entries.
- d/changelog should explain changes. ("Why" not "What")
- d/control droping Pre-Depends and ${misc:Depends}, ${gir:Depends},
  ${python3:Depends}, but no mentioning (nor explaining why) in d/changelog.
  Are those intentional?

1.5.18-4 was uploaded on Sep 9:

They are a part of upgrading to debhelper-comapt (= 14), and I have made
several uploads with debhelper compat level bump. Most substvars like
those are not needed to be explicitly written in d/control anymore after
the debhelper compat level bump.
