Please remove pyemd from Debian.

It has 2 release critical bugs that have gone unsolved for a long time:
     - #1080277 [S|⛺|  ] [src:pyemd] FTBFS with setuptools >= 72: error:
       invalid command 'test'
     - #1103403 [S|  |  ] [src:pyemd] pyemd: unsatisfiable
       build-dependecy on python3-numpy (<< 1:2.0.0)

The last upload was in 2023 and it didn't make it to trixie due to these
RC bugs.

As for reverse dependencies, science-mathematics-dev suggests it, and
gensim build-depends on it, but by mistake and this is causing gensim to
FTBFS. I've prepared a patch for that.
