Hi FTP Masters,

Versioning of Protobuf changed. Source version had a big jump and
language bindings have a smaller, different version number on their
own now. First it was not taken into account, but now I need to upload
the correct, smaller binary version.

rdeps would usually take the package from unstable. And even if it
breaks packages in experimental, I don't think it should be an issue.

I cleaned up protobuf/experimental as part of #1148788.
