Hi Steffen,

Is there a MR in debcargo-conf or some branch tracking the upload of
rust-simd-json?

I am updating https://crates.io/crates/jql. It now depends on this
crate as well.
I just want to run:

dev/chain_build.py simd-json=0.18.1 jql-parser=9.0.3 jql-runner=9.0.3 jql=9.0.3

But right now simd-json is not there.
