I followed up in there, but in short it doesn't fix the issue. Such a
change might still be necessary, but I suspect the real issue is the
installability of those packages.

Dear Antonio,

it seems the B-D on dh-sequence-golang needs also to be dropped as it
pulls in dh-golang again. With this change the autopkgtests worked as
intended (see attached log).

I just uploaded a new version of privatebin-cli for you to verify.
