  Description     : interface to Hikvision IP cameras

  This library can enable and disable motion detection, check whether it is
  enabled, and retrieve device information, including the firmware version.
  It communicates with Hikvision IP cameras over HTTP or HTTPS using ISAPI
  or legacy API endpoints, with digest or basic authentication.

This library is a dependancy of Home Assistant, the Python smart home platform.
I plan to maintain it as part of the Home Assistant team.
